When scaling a successful product business to new (international) markets it is similar to restart. Especially Continental European markets with their entry barriers due to different languages, ecosystems and (partially) legal frameworks require market knowledge, network and experience on who to work with to create traction fast. My experience from growing several HRTech product businesses in the German-speaking market and scaling them to European markets and internationally can make the difference in successful go-to-market of start-ups and scale-ups.

During the very first months and years of building a new product business and when scaling it to new markets challenges are abundant.
