💰 November 2024: European HRTech Investment Update - M&A 🚀

Whilst several deals in December have already been announced and promise an interesting end of a busy year in HRTech, here comes the summary of mergers and acquisitions in November. There quite a few interesting European and also some global #HRTech deals recorded.

𝐇𝐑𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

📝 Ciphr Group (UK) acquired Avantus Employee Benefits (UK) adding another acquisition to its portfolio after acquiring Marshalls (now Ciphr eLearning) in April 2023 and Shape Payroll in June this year. 📝 Twinkl Educational Publishing (UK) acquired Natterhub (UK) focused on pupils providing an interactive, gated platform aiming to give schools and parents all they need to teach learners how to stay safe online and be responsible digital citizens. 📝 Welcome to the Jungle (FR) acquired Lymia (FR), a French startup specialised in AI-powered candidate sourcing. 📝 Korn Ferry (US) acquired Trilogy International, A Korn Ferry Company (UK) as a leading provider of digital interim talent across EMEA and in the United States. With the combination with Trilogy, Korn Ferry’s Professional Search & Interim business plans to extend its scalability of its solutions at the intersection of talent, transformation and strategy. 📝 Chaberton Partners - Executive Search (IT) acquired Ganci Partners (CH) and plans to thus build a market leader in the executive search space in Switzerland. 🌎 Globally notable HRTech deals include the acquisition of BountyJobs by Recruiter.com as well as the acquisition of Sterling by First Advantage. In the consulting space Jubilant joined EY.
