Last month, was a more busy month again in terms of mergers and acquisitions. There quite a few interesting European and also global #HRTech deals including some mergers recorded.

đ Rivean Capital (NL) acquired PERBILITY GmbH (DE) from Main Capital Partners (NL) adding another exit to Main Capital's HR Tech investments this year.
