💰 October 2024: European HRTech Investment Update - M&A 🚀

Last month, was a more busy month again in terms of mergers and acquisitions. There quite a few interesting European and also global #HRTech deals including some mergers recorded.

📝 Rivean Capital (NL) acquired PERBILITY GmbH (DE) from Main Capital Partners (NL) adding another exit to Main Capital's HR Tech investments this year. 📝 WorkNest (UK) acquired Wirehouse Employer Services (UK), a vendor offering retained HR, employment law and health & safety consulting and advice services to SMEs. 📝 HR Path (FR) acquired IN-RGY | an HR Path company (CA). HR Path as a global leader in HR and HRIS consulting acquisition the Canadian HR consulting firm specializing in HR digital transformation. Thus HR Path is further expanding its global footprint. 📝 TalentNeuron acquired HRForecast (DE). TalentNeuron is a leading provider of labor market analytics. With this acquisition it adds the strategic workforce planning and skills management software of Munich-based HRForecast to its portfolio. 📝 nilo (DE) and Likeminded - just joined forces with nilo.health (DE) announced a merger of their two businesses. 📝 Greple (DE) and MYPEGASUS (DE) announced a merger of their two businesses. Greple combines assessments with competency management and MyPegasus offers services in the context of transformation, academy/ learning, transfer and outplacement. 🌎 Globally, most notable and also heavily discussed HRTech deals was the acquisition of WorkForce Software by payroll giant ADP.
