Starting off this August's newsletter with some news to the monthly European HR Tech Investment Update. From now, on the Kombo team will act as additional co-publisher of our regular updates on fundings of #HRTech start-ups and scale-ups. Kombo supports the global HR Tech ecosystem with their Unified API integrations approach enabling start-ups, scale-ups but also established players to better and more scalably integrate between the different systems. Last month, was a bit less busy due to summer months but still showed some interesting #European #HRTech & #EdTech startup investments.

💵 Cloudpay (UK) raised an impressive $120M in a venture round led by Blue Owl Capital alongside investments from existing investors to be used for several ambitious projects to enhance their customer product and technology offerings of its global payroll solution.
💵 New Street Consulting Group (NSCG) (UK) raised GBP6.5M in debt-financing from White Oak UK for its consultancy that provides team handling, leadership development and management advisory services to support its growth and expansion strategy.
💵 Jobilla (FI) raised a €6m unknown series round from Juuri Partners, Trind Ventures, Business Finland, and a group of business angels for its digital recruitment technology and international expansion.
💵 FLOWIT AG (CH) raised a CHF4M seed-round co-led by Vi Partners and Alstin Capital (funds of Carsten Maschmeyer) with additional investors including Daniel Gutenberg for its AI-powered platform for people development experience for all employees, with a digital coach that places a special focus on nondesktop workers.
💵 Impactpool (SE) raised a €3.6M Series A round led by Mediahuis Ventures and Fort Knox for its 1m+ pool of top talents solving global challenges using the funds to enhance its technology and further its goal of placing one billion professionals with organizations dedicated to meaningful change.
💵 Grinds 360 (IE) raised €3.2M Seed round from investors including rugby stars Brian O'Driscoll, Jordan Larmour and Caelan Doris for AI-assisted platform enabling teachers across 19 subjects to offer personalized grinds tutoring.
💵 Codery (BG) raised €2.6M unknown funding round from Silverline Capital for its Employer of Record (EOR) platform to fuel its expansion to neighboring countries with organic and inorganic growth.
💵 F4e (TK) raised $1M seed round round from six investors for its employee performance management platform that helps manage and improve employee performance by using AI.
💵 Flexa Careers (UK) raised GBP600k in seed funding and a GBP430k grant for their flexible work platform.
Also Bloom (DE), Proste ZNO (Ukraine) and Kini (DE) reported some funding activity.
