Last month, was a less busy month in terms of mergers and acquisition due to summer break. There were only a few European and also global #HRTech deals recorded.

📝 ZipRecruiter (US) acquired Breakroom (UK), a UK-based employer review platform focused on frontline industries such as retail and hospitality. ZipRecruiter plans to launch Breakroom in the United States to empower workers with the job insights they need to apply with confidence. 📝 The Riverside Company (US) invests in GFOS mbH (DE), a provider of leading software solutions in workforce management, access control and manufacturing execution systems (MES). 📝 Lightcast (US) acquired Stratigens now part of Lightcast (UK), a talent intelligence provider. 🌎 Also globally, no additional exceptional deals came across my desk in August (besides some staffing and payroll services industry deals primarily in the US) making it also a less busy months. But my September tracker already shows this will change this month again.
