Last month, again showed some interesting hashtag#European hashtag#HRTech & hashtag#EdTech startup investments - this time especially in Germany. Whilst global investment showed quite significant fundings (e.g. in the US), the number of venture deals in Europe was limited.

💵 dopay (UK) raised a $13.5m Series A led by Argentem Creek Partners for its cashless payroll payment platform for businesses.



💵 CultureAI (UK) raised a $10m Series A led by Smedvig Ventures and Mercia Ventures for its human risk management platform that helps identify workforce security risks and coach employees.



💵 Female Invest (DK) raised a €10.3m Series A led by Rubio Impact Ventures and Educapita for expansion of its financial learning community, wrapped in one, to the US.



💵 doinstruct (DE) raised a €7.6m in a funding round led by Creandum for its mobile training solution for frontline workers.



💵 WorkerHero (DE) raised a €4m Series A led by Mediahuis Ventures with participation of Bonsai Partners and 10x Founders for its bluecolor/ frontline worker job and recruiting platform.



💵 Educatly (IE) raised €2.5M Seed round led by TLcom Capital LLP and Plus VC (+VC) for its student-recruitment platform providing students with all the information they need to study abroad.



💵 HR Duo (IE) raised €1.7M debt funding from Salica Investments to expand its workforce management solutions further into UK.



💵 Solidroad (YC W25) (IE) raised €1.2M seed funding round from angel investors for its AI-powered platform dedicated to revolutionizing hiring, onboarding, and training for enterprises.



💵 DYNO (DE) raised an additional €1m for its pre-seed round now totaling 2.5m led by Haufe Group Ventures for its digital and provision-free solutions for occupational pension schemes.



Also Talent2Go (DE) and Everday (NL) reported some funding or grant activity. Not being pure HRTech, but also services business also HR Path's (FR) €500m debt financing has been picked up in several venture funding reports. 



Globally, SmartHR, Inc.'s (JP) $140m Series E was remarkable.
