Besides those also Givver (UK; invest from allygatr), AM Recruitment Ltd (UK, GBP2.5M debt), Baker Staff (FR), Readmio (CZ), Recfindr (UK), Meetgate (TK), One New One (TK), Quan (NL), Onuava reported some smaller, undisclosed, angel or debt funding activity.
Globally, some notable rounds include those of Leap (IN; $65M Series E), OnPay (US; $63M Series B and $37M in debt for its payroll, HR, benefits for small companies), SquarePeg (US, investment from my friends at Acadian Ventures).
