European HR Tech Fundings 07/2025

July as the first month of Q3 2025 was a bit more quiet in terms of funding news than the end of Q2. However, there have been some noteworthy investments in early-stage HRTech ventures in Europe. The investments underline how AI is especially changing both talent acquisition and also learning with new smart and AI-based use cases that replace manual work and improve quality.

Here are the details:

⬇𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

💵 Yuno (DE) raised a €7M Series-A round led by Blast Club with additional backing from New Renaissance Ventures, IBB Ventures, Fairway Partners and FAIR VC. Yuno pairs AI with the expertise of specialized journalists, historians and scientists, ensuring every short, bite-sized lesson balances cutting-edge technology with human depth: https://www.ibbventures.de/news/yuno-funding
