🚀 February 2026 | HRTech Funding Highlights 🌍

Whilst 2026 with a limited number of fundings announcements, February was much more busy with several companies communicating their funding rounds often still closed before Christmas / end of year. 

Similar to the last months of 2025, investments are again primarily in the frontline payroll, benefits, learning and talent acquisition space.

Here are the details:

💵 Naboo (FR) raised a $70M Series-B round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors Notion Capital, ISAI and Ternel. Naboo has built a platform for enterprises to book, manage and run corporate events ranging from team-building gatherings to conferences and product launches. 💵 FYLD (UK) announced a $41M Series-B round led by New-York based Energy Impact Partners LP (“EIP”) with participation from European growth equity specialist Partech through its Growth Impact Fund. FYLD is an AI-powered frontline intelligence platform for the global infrastructure sector. 💵 Veremark (UK) raised a $26M Series-B round led by Gresham House Ventures, with participation from existing investors Samaipata, ACF Investors, and Stage 2 Capital, alongside a multi-million dollar debt facility from Salica Partners for its global workplace trust company that provides background screening, whistleblowing, and credential verification services through a single platform. 💵 Kombo (DE) raised a $25M Series-A round led by Volition Capital, with participation from existing investors Acadian Ventures, Y Combinator, and 468 Capital to build the infrastructure layer for people data. 💵 Slashwork (UK) raised a $3.5M pre-seed round led by 20VC. The funds will go towards product development, testing with early users, and preparing for a broader rollout. 💵 Rivage (FR) raised a €2.6M pre-seed funding round from investors including Partech, alongside business angel investors from the technology and accounting sectors, including the founders of Skello, Hexa, Quarksup, and Teledec to support the rollout of its payroll software across accounting firms. 💵 Valeria HR (ES) raised a €1.7M funding round led by Venture Friends, with additional support from Fortino Capital and 10k Ventures for its payroll and workforce management platform tailored for industries with high turnover and operational complexity, such as hospitality, retail, logistics, and services. 💵 clarait (DE) raised a €1.5M Seed financing round from TGFS Technologiegründerfonds Sachsen and the HR Angels Club, a network of experienced HR executives and investors for its platform digitizing labor council and committee work and adjacent HR processes. 💵 talentguide (BE) raised a €1.3M funding round from NXT II, Travvant (Partena Professional), Miles Ahead Capital, imec.istart, the founders, and individual entrepreneurs Ewout Meyns, Koen Handekyn, and Jan Delaere for its AI-powered skills intelligence through a ready-to-use SaaS platform. The funds will strengthen Talentguide’s revenue, product, and engineering teams, and accelerate workforce upskilling solutions. 💵 Vimesoft (TK) raised a $1.5M unknown venture series round backed by existing partners including MADA Venture Capital, Re-Pie Portfolio Management, and Bülent Tekmen. New investors joining are Ziraat Portfolio, Rubellius Capital, Murat Tanrıöver, Soner Gedik, and Mustafa Alpay Güler. VimeLXP, the company’s AI-powered Learning Experience Platform, aims to set a new benchmark in educational technologies. 💵 Readmio (CZ) raised a €1M Seed round backed by Polish Simpact Ventures for its EdTech app for interactive fairy-tale storytelling. Aided by voice recognition, the app enriches shared reading with sounds, aiming to enhance children's development.   • Vestwell (US) $385M Series-E funding round for its digital savings platform that offers and manages a range of savings and retirement plans.

  • Garner Health (US) $118M Series-D funding round for its solution that connects employers and employees with high-performing medical providers.

  • Compa's (US) $35M Series-B funding round for AI enterprise compensation management.
