The last month of 2025 contained a few larger European HR Tech fundings for new start-ups or uprising scale-ups.
Again different areas of employee benefits plays as well as several recruiting and learning focus investments characterize the fundings in the European and also in the US market. US has seen less super large rounds at the end of the year - whilst there is still a chance that some closing from end of December will be communicated in early 2026.
Here are the details:
⬇𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
💵 Ben (UK) raised their $27.5M Series-B round led by Mercia Ventures with participation from existing investors Atomico, Cherry Ventures, DN Capital, and Seedcamp as well as with new backing from Revolut founder Nik Storonsky’s QuantumLight Capital. The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its product roadmap and consolidate its go-to-market capabilities. Ben is a provider of an AI-native intelligent benefits platform, uniting a fragmented industry of brokers, providers and employers into a single ecosystem. It enables organisations to design, manage and scale benefits globally: https://www.thanksben.com/blog/series-b
💵 Pack - The People's Skills Development Platform (ES) raised a €5.8M Series-A round with an initial €3.5M tranche in September led by Rialto Venture Capital and the entry of Acadian Ventures in December. With this round, Pack strengthens its position among Europe’s HR tech startups, supported by its international outlook, proprietary technology and AI-native culture. The new capital will support this hiring plan, enable expansion into France, Germany and the United Kingdom, and accelerate Pack’s AI roadmap, with the aim of establishing the company as a European leader in Human Capital Intelligence: https://tech.eu/2025/12/02/pack-bags-eur58m-to-accelerate-its-international-expansion/

Slash Interim operates an integrated model combining a nationwide network of 100 independent recruiters with a proprietary SaaS stack unifying ATS, CRM, ERP and workflow automation. The company expects to reach €25m in revenue in 2025 (vs. €13m in 2024), is already profitable, and serves more than 500 clients and 700 temporary workers daily.
