European HR Tech Fundings 10/2025

In October, HR Tech fundings for new start-ups or uprising scale-ups in Europe were not as notable in size compared to some previous months, while US showed some additional very significant rounds. Their approach two talent acquisition is two conversational AI recruiters. Jack gets to know candidates, understanding their skills and experience, and what they really want from their careers. With that context he works for them helping them find the perfect next step. And Jill speaks to companies, to deeply learn who they're looking for. Once she's fully briefed she helps them find brilliant people: https://creandum.com/stories/backing-jack-and-jill/
